finally decided to bite. alll installed fine but no gps locks indoor or outdoor. I see so many fixes for gps but dont know which one to follow, so I am just keeping this vanilla for now!!!

If you follow the radio downgrade steps

and then copy the file on the first page of this post, it will work. Google Maps locks in about 5 seconds now, but it took a while the first time. You might try reseting after you copy the file.

Steps...
Run Vogue Unlocker.
Run Generic RUU with Radio file copied into it's directory.
Run Cokeman's 2.31 Unlocker.

What happened to my data speed? Any way for me to check that this is in fact Rev A on my device? This was my first attempt at flashing and all works well, including GPS (only after ppst), except for my data speeds. Before flashing I was on completely stock OEM Sprint ROM and radio, my data speeds were about 1M/s. Now I get roughly half that. My flash path was: CoKe 2.31 unlocker -> Alltel 3.37.10 rom/radio no customization-> dharvey's v2.1 ROM.

how do you use speedtest.net to check speeds when I open the site inside my phone it says no flash installed.

I used pdanet to connect my pc to the phone and then tested the speeds but my u/l sucks. Is that how you do it?

I got a question, when going to the Organizer from the left soft key, does it auto close out of that app after 5 seconds? Because mine does.

OK...stupid question. Where do I extract the zip file to? Had no problem with the unlocker and the altel rom earlier this morning, but I'm confusing myself with this new zip file.
