Ok, I think I get it....

Question though, If I just want to reload my programs myself the ol'fashioned way, am I able to do that? Programs I would load are:
- Touchpal V3
- HHC
- Ultimate Launch
- S2U2
- Flash/TCPMP bundle
- PHM Registry Edit
- HTC Audio
- HTC Home
Also, what would be the steps to loading this ROM? I have ImCokeMan's unlocker on my PC, I still have original radio, and am running original ROM.

hey MILHOUSE, yes you can install your programs manually after flashing this ROM.

HTC HOME is already included but not enabled, just FYI. You need to go to Settings - Today - Items and enable it.

I dont know why people are sleeping on this rom its the best 1 so far. I get a constant gps lock at 8-10 sats. Overall running flawlessly. Thanks vboyz.

Installed everything works fine, nice ROM. But I still cant get a GPS lock. What are you using to test with? How long to get the first lock after turning on? Thanks.

I used GPSViewer to test and results vary anything from 1-3 minutes after the initial flash to lock in. Most of the times, I constantly get locked into GPS under 1.5 minute.

Thanks, I will give that a try on the way home tonight. I am also trying to set up Tom Tom Navigator, do you know what com port I should be setting that to?
