On the phone in Comm Manager the selection for Modem Link is selected and set to Start. The screen does not do anything else and when I go into comm manager again it shows the modem link as off. EDIT: The Modem Link in Comm Manager is supposed to launch Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) but instead it launches a Start and Stop Modem utility that does not seem to do anything. Now if I launch ICS from the menu: Start -> Programs -> Internet Sharing the ICS program starts as usual. That way the tethered connection works. VZAccess Manager does not work with it though which is not a huge deal but just wonder a couple of things: What does the Modem Link in Comm Manager do? Can it be changed to actually work or changed to be like some others that actually says Internet Connection or Internet Connection Sharing? Is there any way to get VZAccess Manager to work? It is a convenient way to get data usage and some other features about your account.

even after changing the unlocker to using the .41 unlocker, issue still exists.

any ideas?

correction - if i plug in the USB cable the screen comes back on, but it's still hung up at that WM6 screen . . . :(
