I downgraded to the 3.35 radio and BAM! GPSToday showed green right off the bat. The radio made a difference for me for sure. It was NOT working on 3.37 radio. I would give that a shot xcopmanx.

No it doesn't have the touch keyboard, I haven't used the cab in quite awile, but I believe this is it....

Did you flash back to the old unlocker & radio (which is not recommended btw)? if you unlocked w/ 2.31, then flashed the Alltel official rom, you should be set.

sorry, that would require cooking a unique rom......you could try to install the v2 cab, I'm not sure if you'd have both versions or what.....but dont worry, consider this temporary....once the official kitchen is released, you'll be able to cook your own.

Mucking around with it now to make sure everything works, but it looks like another fine OMJ release!

edit: Phone screen kept popping up after every program I installed. I installed spb_phoneapp_fix.cab and that fixed it.

hmmm, I've got the reg edit in there to fix that keypad issue.....maybe somehow it changed.

Yes, after flashing when you install SpbPocketPlus (and some other programs), users will need to change this by adding the spb_phoneapp_fix.cab in their user customization sdconfig.txt file somewhere after pocketplus.

Will this ROM work on a touch from Telus. I already flashed the Alltel ROM 3.04.671.2 with Radio 3.37.10, the GPS does not work. Will this ROM activate the GPS. Thanks for your help

For those who have GPS problem, was it working fine when you upgraded to Alltel? I've been using the Alltel for a week now and the GPS is always working when ever I need it. Don't need to do a softreset or anything. I want to upgrade to OMJ's rom but don't want to lose GPS...

I did all that, it still does not work. If the phone is in REV mode should i still see th Ev icon at the center of the screne.

The stock Alltel rom does come w/ GPS activated. you have to run these 3 files, then this cab......

some ppl have no gps issues, but others do (like myself), if you use the above files, just like on the Alltel, you should be good.
