Did you use the Alltel rom to update the radio ? If so did you let the customizations run after flashing the Alltel rom ?

How do I get to use or enable the use of GPS with this ROM ?
I have it installed but I don't know what to do

Maybe try a hard reset, Ive read that some do that after a rom flash. I guess its worth a shot unless you've tried that already.

how do you hard reset this thing?

I tried a search of the thread and came up with nothing, but is there a reason why the Voicemail Indicator on the home screen isn't an option with this update?

Press and hold the SEND and END key... at the same time use the stylus to reset your touch, then follow what it tells you on the screen.

to hard reset just hold the green talk button and red end call button along with the small reset button on the bottom of the phone.. you will have to hold it like for 5 seconds and then follow the instructions on the screen.

edit: shoot... thunda just beat me to it.. lol
