I am getting 500k dl 200k upload, however for some reason speedtest.net is recommending me to an Los Angeles test center when I am located in the Bay Area/San Jose. After running the speedtest on the LA server, it says I am within 50 miles from the center.. When I run a test on the San Jose server, it says I am 400 miles away. Is there any way I could change towers. sorry im new to this.. this is my first post, Thanks.

Maybe I should call Verizon and tell them something is wrong? ;)
I repeated this with Atlanta, Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa. Download was never below 9600. I'm not complaining.

This is with 0 or 1 bar at home. So apparently the phone signal is not related to the data signal.

inside 1 bar

take number 2 inside, 2 bars, different test server

and one more try...phone at other side of my desk, same server as the last one
