This happened to mine as well using a Windows XP laptop. It actually looked like the bootloader restarted a couple of times before the loading bar showed up.

HardSPL MFG 2.31 is Compatible to Change CID Value to ZERO i have done it and now ESN can be easily Changed also

I can't get past this windows error.

And you're in ImCokeMan's bootloader? Remember, you need to be connected to Activesync before you go into bootloader mode.

Yes I have followed every step carefully. My screen says:SPL-2.31.CoKe

I even tried 3 different sources for the Alltel file, and all of them give me this error:

Vogue has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

What kind of computer and OS are you using?

I have a DELL E1705 with Wincows XP. Media Center Edition. I have never had this type of problem. I used to flash my old MDA with no problem. This is my first time flashing my Sprint Touch.

Trying once more...It stayed at 0% for 10 minutes..I'm thinking that's not normal. Going to try and solidify an ActiveSync connection and see if that does anything.

I am gutsy and trying this on an XV6900 also.

I don't know what to say. I'm sure you've tried reseting, so I've got nothing else. Sounds very strange. Sorry about that. Hope you can get it sorted out. Look on the bright side: You could have been half-way through the flash and then gotten that screen and bricked your phone!
