How-To Get GPS/Rev A on Sprint Touch

I downloaded Vogue_unlocker_MFG_2.31.exe from the link on the first page and it triggered the virus scanner on my work computer and alerted the IT help desk. Next thing I know I have a help desk tech telling me I have a virus on my computer!

My HTC home page is now missing the graphics that represent the phone (and whatever else was in that row). I can get to phone using hard button only... The only HTC items I have in the Today Items list is the HTC Home. Seems that one other is missing... What happened? I think it was right after installing GPS Today.

Also, re-reading the steps to enable GPS and Rev A, I thought I saw mention of a way to have these working AND have the original Sprint look. Do I just need to run another update?

Could someone advise me how to get back to the stock rom? I was flashing back and forth and accidentally let the Alltel customizations run when I was going back from JD's to Alltel. Naturally, my internet no longer works. Things I tried to get back internet that didn't work: Reflash to Alltel, w/o letting customizations run. Reflash to Alltel, w/o letting customizations run + hard boot. Reflash to JD's, w/o letting customizations run. Reflash to JD's, w/o letting customizations run + hard boot. I've tried to flash to the stock Sprint ROM's located in the sticky (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=19071 ) but the program tries then refuses to flash. I've tech savvy but a total PPC noob, I've been tinkering with this for two days trying to get it back but to no success. Could I get a pointer to what other people have done to restore inet?

Did you put the Sprint ROM on the stock 512MB memory card? I had to do that. Not sure if its ALWAYS necesary, but it worked for me.... Let me see if I can find the link to the steps I followed....
