Hmmm I haven't had those problems. Then again I'm not using JD's Rom, I'm just using the alltel one. Thats weird about the phone program not working

Hey guys if some one can help me out.

I did step 2 : It re-booted into windows now, I tried the Cam - Power - Reset but it keeps going into windows not the rainbow screen.

Also after using the Vogue_unlocker_MFG_2.31 I have the command prompt window saying my phone should be unlocked and to continue flashing I should hit Ctrl-C or clsoe the window. Do I just close that window?

Just to clarify.....
You hold down Power and Camera before clicking the soft reset... Not just press one, press the other and then reset.

I just closed the command prompt after the unlocker completed...

I've got everything working pretty well. The only thing that's bugging me is that I'm used to my BT GPS accessing 10 satellites at a time and so far the most I get with the internal GPS is 5. Can someone please verify that's the number I should be getting?

I've seen a lot more than 5 using GPS viewer but haven't received more than 5 locks... And the ##33284 page only shows stats for 6 sats.

I have GPS to Work as I said on a Bell Touch Vogue - It works Great! Thanks Again ImCoKeMaN !! Uh, one question tho... the AllTel rom included iGuidance Launcher and TomTom Launcher - Neither really do anything. Or did I miss something. I get the windows "wait till I'm done icon" for a second then Nothing. Does anyone else have any info on this? and also What is the Best GPS Mapping Software? I Hear TomTom is best, but by how? Graphics, map detail, UI, what? I suspect no matter what software I go with I'll have to pay for new maps... Garmin works, but it is trial and I have no Idea how to get maps on there.... Any suggestions, or anyone using GPS Nav. software have any reviews they'd like to share?

I got 12 at one time - I only get 5 if I'm inside...Depends what Software you use.

Since we got GPS working on the Vogue, can we set up a thread explaing what GPS Software will work best with this and costs,etc, anything we'd need to know what is best for the Vogue.. Experiences, and trials and trbulations... I would be willing to test anyway I can. My Vogue and GPS works Great!

It says Locating ....and then I get .....The page cannot be found. Check the name and try again

gps stopped working all together. Anyone else have thi issue. it worked great all day yesterday.
