how long should it take in the second loading stage?

Damn...I made it to start loading the signed ROM and after the progress bar starts updating I eventually get UPDATE FAILED after about 1 minute and it terminates the loading...WTF???? HELP!!!

this sucks...now I just wasted 2 512MB micro sd cards...they are now corrupted...when you reformat the card to FAT32 to be able to load the ROMs this eventually caused the card to corrupt...now I can't even re-format it anymore..

do we REALLY need to format to FAT32? doesn't the HTC touch use FAT formatted cards?

maybe thats the reason the ROM update failed because it couldn't read the card anymore??!?!?!

you have to format the cards in an SD reader, it does have to be fat32 and that won't corrupt a card by itself.

Does anyone have a link to a working sprint stock rom? Both of the ones linked on this site are corrupt when they are executed.

This Post saved my Bricked Touch... While doing a ROM upgrade a storm came thru, a bolt of lightning, a crash of thunder and no power. Followed the directions and the Brick came back to life. Thank You mardukeme
