Somebody needs to start a vogue gps unlock tutorial!!!!! 2 question2. When you do the re-flashing do you loose all of your installed software and contacts? and can I just run spb backup, flash the new radio, and then run the restore of the backup I created?

finally a question I can answer!

Flashing a phone will always erase all data on the device itself and put it back to stock.

Restoring backups from a different ROM and version of Windows sometimes do not work. What I have done is moved all the CABs I actually install over to my SD card into \My Documents\Program Files then whenever I flash or hard reset I can get my Touch up and running like I had it within a matter of minutes.
