If I'm stuck on the HTC logo screen how do i get it back into the boot loader?

Camera key, power key hold, and soft reset with stylus.

alright, tried about four times to flash it w/hard reseting. Never got past black HTC screen.

flashed back to other rom for now. hopefully the problems will be figured out soon. Just fyi, I never tried out the alltel rom, in case there is a connection.

yeh....i think now that i got the alltel one working and data and gps works im sticking with wm6 until the official gps/rev a/6.1 update is out from sprint. too many problems going around it seems.

Same issues for me. Stuck at the HTC logo screen, on my 2nd flash.. re downloading the ROM just in case everyone hitting it at the same time maybe caused some downloads with incorrect checksums or something... i don't know. One more time and i'm done though.

Doing my 4th flash now, 3rd didn't work. This time i'm trying the alltel rom, and then flashing to JD's if that works. It seems hopeful as this time it did do some things that were different compared to flashing straight to JD's... like rebooting my in the middle of flashing. It seems going alltel and then to JD's is the way to do it... but I'll post after so no one elses wastes their time.

If not back to my old 6.1 rom for the time being...

to get the gps, after installing the alltel ROM, I'm sifting through the 40 pages I've read looking for those 3 files, anyone have the names of them?

EDIT: Also, everyone's just using the ROM from pg 1, right? just triple checkin so i don't end up with a fancy paper weight

Wait alittle bit, some are having success some aren't getting it past the HTC logo screen after flash. While you're waiting though update the unlocker to 2.31. Works fine with the current roms too despite what the sticky says. Right now my hunch is you need to use the file posted on the first page, and skip the customization that goes on right after flashing to avoid alltel specific stuff from loading. You could also then flash to JD's. I'll let you know in a second.. 86% on the alltel rom.
