edit: I go into the bootloader screen and it does say "VOGU100 MFG SPL-2.31.CoKe CPLD-3

However, I cannot get out of standby - once the screen turns off, nothing will "wake it up." I have heard of problems like this with the vogue but never had it before this new bootloader...any recommendations?

this is exactly what i did...i flashed from cumstom 6.1 and just ran the alltell rom. now im stuck

The safest thing to do... Run the original unlocker 0.40 ImCoke load up the STOCK OEM rom then unlock with 2.31 then flash to alltel

what he said....I ran the bootloader first (2.31) which I think you are supposed to do but for some reason it messed something up on my old rom (old rom didn't like it). Didn't matter anyway b/c i flashed the alltel rom and now I am where everyone else is except I have not tested GPS yet). About to do that.

I am now waiting for a custom sprint rom w/ WM6.1 that enables REVA and GPS (automatically) based on the alltel radio.

i tried the unlocking but it wont see my phone ..no device found. no sync because im in the boor mode

Can someone please post the HTC_GPS_Enable_for_Titan_3.35.cab elsewhere?

Stupid rapidshare's image algorithim needs to be more people friendly I have a dual-wan router, and I can never get files off rapidshare...
