so should we take this as a sign to believe that the alltel rev a enabled rom will also enable rev a for sprint users?...sorry if this is a stupid question, im just not really sure on how this might work and i have heard a few varying reports. not to mention the fact that you are going to attempt gives me hope that maybe all is well now...thanks.

So far I have been using the Alltel ROM for about half an hour and there is no internet or carrier logo. JD is working on a WM6.1 Sprint ROM with the new ROM version so we should have a working ROM with Rev. A (and it will be WM6.1) tonight.

so i'm guessing will we need this new version of the unlocker whenever JD's rom comes out? Cause if so I guess I'll just update that now while I'm waiting

i flashed my sprint 6900 with the new alltel rom and now i am stuck at the tri colored screen.i need to unlock it hellppppp to flash a different rom on it hopefully with gps. thats what i was tring to do then everything went real bad.

Ok, my turn for weirdness. I have a Verizon XV6900. I ran the unlocker, which worked fine - followed all the prompts, the power-camera-reset shows 2.31. Here's the weirdness.

After I reset, the today screen comes up normally. I can use the apps, everything seems to work fine. However, if I power it off - either by the top button, or by letting it time out, I can't turn the screen on again. A soft reset will bring it back to life. I've tried a hard reset as well, same behavior.

Any thoughts?
