are to trying to unlock and flash all in one step? if so, maybe something there is getting screwed up.

have you tried just following imcokeman's instructions to the letter to unlock only?

you are getting into a command prompt right? you are running the exe, not exploring/unpacking it?

this might sound stupid but..what's imcokeman's instruction said? if you don't mind post it for me. somehow i don't get it. pulling my hair or what's left of it for this. can someone hold my hand and guide this blind?

back-up your contacts/calendar etc.

ensure your device is connected via active sync.

run imcokemans unlocker (the exe, dont try and explore the exe or anything, just double-click it).

follow the instructions in the cmd window that pops up to the letter.

just have it connected to activesync.

how long does it initialize for? it should take a while, maybe 30 seconds to a minute (guess) or so... how long is it going for you?

Have you ever connected your phone with activesync to explore the vogue? test to make sure that works then start the unlocker

If you see errors what is the exact complete text of them.
