Ali, I tend to be pretty aggressive on updates, so if it's out there I tend to have it: Also the diver installation process asks if it can check Windows Update, which I allow it to do. The same thing happens; looks for a while, then errors out because it can't find any. RESULT: the RUU errors out because of a connection error.

just wanted to say thank you...it worked fine and now i have a new rom...workin good....its also from you .....thanks from SPJ

The good News, unlocked the phone!. Turned out that the problems was something buggy with WMDC. If you have problems with the unlocker, uninstall WMDC, (I also cleaned the registry), reinstall WMDC. Unlocker worked fine after that.

The bad news: my GPS, which before only worked sometimes, has stopped working completely. I had flashed to a newer radio in the hopes of making it more reliable.

Update: Problem fixed, GPS working again; I spend too much time installing and uninstalling stuff. A hard Reset and NOT installing my backup seems to have fixed the issue.

Is it just me, or is there a problem with the unlocker? I run the exe and it tells me it's corrupt. D/L'ed it a couple times.
