Re: Cook your own Custom Touch ROM
Hey OMJ,
If I don't use any OEM's, what would I use? NVM, I get it. I'm illeterate Anyways, What if I want to add a program that's not there in the OEM list? I want to add a skin. I have a cab file for it, but not sure how to incorporate it? Last edited by thejinx0r; 02-22-2008 at 05:56 PM. |

w/o any added OEM's, you shouldn't get a dup error, but search the entire folder for that file name. make sure there's not 2 of them. if so, delete one of them. which kitchen should you use? depends what ya want. if you want a bare bones rom, use the basekit version, if you want something similar to stock, that has 6.1, then use the stock kitchen.

Re: Cook your own Custom Touch ROM
you'll have to convert it to a OEM.....if you post the cab, I'll take a look at it.......if it's just image files, you may not have to build a OEM.

I googled it I found the package on XDA. It was pretty simple to make/convert it to an OEM. Not sure if it works Trying it right now. |
