download the Vogue Unlocker for CDMA @ ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/ImCoKeMaN
Follow the instructions on how to unlock your Vogue from the console that pops up after you execute the unlocker program STEP BY STEP
After it's flashed either you can flash it with the ROM downloaded on the first page of this post (ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/no2chem) or you can download VogueRUU.rar (ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/ImCoKeMaN/) and extract it into the folder you put the extracted rom
Now performed the CokeRom Loader reset (Power Button+Camera Button+reset button I believe) then wait till windows installs the files then execute ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow instructions again and it should work
someone can verify but thats what I did.
do you have to have ActiveSync sync'd? or just talking ?

because i dont have ActiveSync'd with my laptop, only have it sync'd over the air

I would only flash a rom with a cable too many things can go wrong if you lose your connection...
yes active sync needs to be talking before you start the Vogue Unlocker, and also needs to be talking when you flash the WM6.1 rom

**If you don't want to risk breaking your phone or don't feel comfortable don't do it.

No kidding, i'm super curious to test this out but i know i don't have enough skills. i woudn't attempt to do this unless i wanted to brick my phone, my suggestion to the people like myself. have patience.

You can zoom in and out in Internet Explorer, it has threaded SMS, and a few other really small differences that someone new to the Windows Mobile scene may not even notice. The memory leak is still present from Windows Mobile 6.

yeh but with 128mb RAM who really cares if it leaks 5-10mb. On the Mogul that would have meant lock-ups and resets. On the Touch you cant even tell it never bogs down

thank you no2chem for your work.

ok, i just flash this rom and the touch kb is missing. so i install it from a .cab i have on my card, but it only shows the full kb and not the keypad(the one with 20 keys?).

over all, this rom is fast and t-txt is nice but i need my touch kb back,
ill flash the sprint merged 6.1 now.

for all you guys who have a few questions to those who have no clue whatsoever about anything pertaining to flashing, you should probably stop asking in this thread, and visit this one.

post questions you have there if it doesnt solve all the problems you might have.

Well after 24 hours of playing with this rom, there is only 1 real bug that is pissing me off. I installed the HTC X-Button, because i like my programs to close as soon as i hit the X. For some reason, when it is installed, when u exit out of certain apps, it crashes the phone with a "An unhandled error has occurered in the shell. Attempting to restart the shell."
GRRRR, everthing else seems to be working flawless for me. And the phone is atleast 25% faster then the shipped rom. Any information or help would be much appreciated. Im still horsing with this rom non-stop.

-deck

EDIT: Maybe because the rom already comes with HTC Task manager i am getting this problem. If this is the case, how do i make it so that my programs actually close when i tap the X without the HTC-X Button installed? Is this even possible?
