weird, i never got anything like this. try updating to the newest build before flashing back. i was just trying the newest build (the official one) released from another rom cook/chef, and it seemed to work fine except for a few bugs. it said it was the same build as no2chems latest release, but im flashing no2chems right now anyway, will post results in a minute here.

only differences i have noticed so far is that (and keep in mind that these are both the "official" wm 6.1 vogue rom, and they are both the exact same versions and builds) :
  • on the other persons official 6.1 rom, the customizations did not attempt to run at the beginning; they did on this one.
  • the driver version on the other was 1.17 while these drivers remain at 1.12
  • on his rom, the icons for zip folders were correct. on this one i am still seeing the windows flag on paper looking icon.
  • was able to successfully establish and use an internet connection, phone call, and send/receive txt msgs on both roms.
  • while in threaded sms, a character count /160 can now be seen right nxt to the start menu logo in both roms.
  • on other rom, screen sensitivity reg setting HKLM\Drivers\TouchPanel PressureThreshold was for some reason a string value and not a dword value. on this rom it is normal
  • on other rom, for some reason after pressing and holding the top power icon, and hitting "yes"/"ok" to turn off the power, the device would hang indefinitely. on this one it works fine.
overall...mixed feelings on which is best! will keep testing, thanks.

I much prefer build 105 over the rest, however, find the rest of the apps was a pain. As soon as I master the kitchen, expect a release from me with some of the most requested apps...
HTC Album, TouchPal, Opera, Etc. etc. etc.

anyone explain what is meant by SYS_Optional part for Windows Live to work? also what to do about the wrong XIP ? I'm still too fresh to understand this part.

Thanks

what about a 6.1 build 105 on a stock sprint rom. i know alot of us use the touch keyboard and cube thats all removed and the stock rom is fine. jsut would liek the newest and official build of it where sms counter works etc- not the original 100.
