It is OK to tether on most WM phones, your carrier should not say anything as long as you don't use over 5GB per month on your data plan (so they say). After that NO ROM can be guaranteed to be safe.

I like this rom but I've ran into two issues... 1- the phone has frozen on me about 4 times in 3 hrs while pressing the right soft key. 2- I am unable to tether with this rom. the left soft key does not respond when trying to connect. I have flashed lots of times and never experienced this issue.

When are you pressing the right soft key like with what application? or area in the rom? and by left soft key do u mean in internet sharing?

I got internet sharing to work... I flashed to stock rom and back to yours however, i am still experience random freeze issues at times. It is not with a particular app, just when navigating through the phone.

Im having internet sharing problems again. I flashed to your new update which I really like but now I can't get it to work. I need some help....when Im in internet sharing my left soft key connect button appears to be invisible. when I tap on it nothing happens. Is there a registry I can change to make it respond?
