What to do now?

I had a bad keyboard on my touch pro this is my 3rd one

I went to the store and they said since im almost there they would allow me to upgrade early but i lose out on the mail in rebates they didnt even give me an option to get it fixed or another touch pro
what should I do, my keyboard still doesnt work and i have hard reset it

I dont want to upgrade to a touch pro 2 for like 450 and the cheapest phone is like 150
