do you have insurance? warranty? When my wife had her phone repaired under manufacturer warranty, we called HTC at 800-229-1235. I can't promise the number is correct, but it's what I put in my phone.
btw, the only thing I don't remember seeing you try is just taking the battery out for 10 seconds and then putting it back in. Last edited by studentjunk; 11-22-2009 at 08:19 PM.
