Re: Battery dies while plugged in using Wifi Internet Sharing
Leave the keyboard out and set it on a small aluminum plate with the battery cover off. It will help draw the heat off.

Re: Battery dies while plugged in using Wifi Internet Sharing
Yea, I see that it has a cutoff off the high heat. I think I'm going to do what you've said. nuerom's solution sounds a bit scary as of right now....

Re: Battery dies while plugged in using Wifi Internet Sharing
I built a small USB-powered fan into a project case for this issue. I take the back cover off, put the phone on the project case and it keeps it very nice and cool.

Re: Battery dies while plugged in using Wifi Internet Sharing
welcome to one of the many issues with the TP..lol....like the above members have stated leaving the keyboard out seems to help alot and if you have a fan have it blowing on the TP.
it does not have to get warmish/hot...when it gets to the cutoff point heat wise the charging will stop till it cools down.
