why the hell are they charging for call fwding.. when i used to have t mobile i could set up my call forwarding right from my phone.. lol i used to forward my bill collectors to their own companies

Just got of the phone with sprint cs, they had to do some homework when I asked them about the conditional callforwarding service.
They told me I could use codes:*73,*74 and *28 and I would not get charged, it is not a service they add on my account so I will not see like "unlimited callforwarding"..etc. as long as I use the free codes I would be fine. You will get charged .20 cents using *72

You are no longer charge $0.20/min for conditional call forwarding after the recent change. Instead you are charged normal minutes just like the other carriers.
