one last question, because I still can't get it to work, do we actually put our 10digitnumber in the yourtendigitphonenumber@mymetropcs.com or do we leave it as yourtendigitnumber. Because I don't know what I'm doing wrong

This is not a beginner thing to do. I suggest that you take your phone to metro and have them flash it over for you. Then HardSPL it and flash a custom rom from here and finally use Ryanmogul Full Metro PCS Programming cab.

he can try that cab, from experiences I've heard from others, there is about a 4/10 success rate with the touch pro.

The cab will work and get the touch pro functioning on METRO.

There are a couple of prerequisites however.
1. Override the HTC_CM_Guardian file.
2. Remove all previous network and MMS settings.
3. Remove previous ARCsoft apps.
4. Run his cleanup cab.
5. Softreset.

6. Pay attention and read carefully. It helps to write down settings and compare. I did all of this manually and now use his cab for convience!
