The cab will work and get the touch pro functioning on METRO.
There are a couple of prerequisites however.
1. Override the HTC_CM_Guardian file.
2. Remove all previous network and MMS settings.
3. Remove previous ARCsoft apps.
4. Run his cleanup cab.
5. Softreset.
6. Pay attention and read carefully. It helps to write down settings and compare. I did all of this manually and now use his cab for convience!
