Asurion replacing TP with TP2

some thing weird with my account. I have TP active on my sprint account but i recently brought TP2 from sprint and sold it on ebay. I still have My TP active on my account when i tried to file a claim it says i have TP2 and ready to send TP2. I am scared that TP2 which i brought from sprint and sold on ebay will get blacklisted. I dont want screw the buyer of my TP2.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Then if you don't have any fuss about receiving a TP1, then just tell them that you sold it or gave it to a friend and they'll correct it and send you one of the two
