Completely untrue. If you actually have had legitimate problems with your TP and its been documented I feel that they work with you better. I didn't even have to prod towards the tP 2, my rep offered it right after I explained that I didn't want the treo pro and I asked her why I couldn't get another TP. She explained they were out, put me on hold, and came back and actually offered me the TP 2 and had to convince ME into getting it shipped.
I notice with alot of people that have had it done on the first try they have had a history of broken TPs and whatnot, not people in for the first or second time because they don't like their phone or think it gets hot. If you have real problems, it honestly shouldn't be this difficult and you shouldn't feel bad to speak to a supervisor (though you shouldn't have to) if you have legit problems.
Honestly though, I find it funnier that people are calling the TP a POS (especially those who don't even have a broken one but complain about programs freezing or something else that happens on all WM phone) but are demanding another one with a bigger screen and no flash. Ironic?
