Mirra compa, if you call them, they will not offer you straight out a Touch Pro 2. Just have a nice smooth fluid conversation with them Explain nicely that those phones are not compatible with your phone. Then ask if there is another phone they can offer you with a SLIDE OUT KEYBOARD. If they dont mention the Touch Pro 2, thats the perfect time to ask. Now good luck from this point on. Thats where I have been stuck 2 straight times and im so pissed since I didnt ask for a supervisor.

Completely untrue. If you actually have had legitimate problems with your TP and its been documented I feel that they work with you better. I didn't even have to prod towards the tP 2, my rep offered it right after I explained that I didn't want the treo pro and I asked her why I couldn't get another TP. She explained they were out, put me on hold, and came back and actually offered me the TP 2 and had to convince ME into getting it shipped.

I notice with alot of people that have had it done on the first try they have had a history of broken TPs and whatnot, not people in for the first or second time because they don't like their phone or think it gets hot. If you have real problems, it honestly shouldn't be this difficult and you shouldn't feel bad to speak to a supervisor (though you shouldn't have to) if you have legit problems.

Honestly though, I find it funnier that people are calling the TP a POS (especially those who don't even have a broken one but complain about programs freezing or something else that happens on all WM phone) but are demanding another one with a bigger screen and no flash. Ironic?

Well it depends what rep you get. So far as I have said, they have not told me I can gt a Touch Pro 2 as it is OOS. They will first tell you you can get the Treo Pro. Plus, I dont know how some of you are getting the Touch Pro replace for KB issues. Last time I was having KB problems, they sent me to a Sprint Repair Store. My legimate problem is Water Damage. I guess that Chlorine from the pool is messing with it lol.

ya, this is the first time i use my insurance for my tp1 that ive had for over a year, i droped it at work and it cracked, i called they made me fax the paper work, got called a day later told me they could give me treo pro and i said the keys were to small, made me hold a mind told me only phone comparable to tp1 is tp2 so i said umm ok ill give that 1 a shot, should be here monday accoring to fed ex.
