Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
Sweet ride,
If you don't have TEP and need it, for legitimate purposes only, you can put it on your plan AT ANY TIME contrary to belief. All you have to do is do a ESN swap on sprint.com, they'll call you and congratulate you on your "new phone" which they then offer TEP. This can be done soooo easily and they don't even check the condition of the phone. Once it's on your plan, simply ESN swap back to original phone and viola. TEP |

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
Got mine BNIB, arrived on Fedex earlier than it was supposed to when i placed the order yesterday. Good luck all, and if you have legitimate problems if you simply talk to them and explain you may be able to grab yourself one instead of getting furious and yelling alot.

That long?
I guess my retailer is pretty badass then. My phone will be here TOMORROW. He's always been speedy about these things. Does anyone know if a replacement will have box/accessories? |

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
I received a brand new TP back in Feb using TEP..........I've since dropped it, but the phone is still under warranty.......having the keyboard issues too, if I call Asurion and tell them my issues and let them know that Sprint is replacing these with the new TP2, will they send me one or a refurb'd TP1?
