has anyone actually received yet, are we getting BNIB or refurbs?

So are they now replacing TPs with TPs again. I dont know if i should file my paperwork just to get another tp and its problems.

i would like to know that too.. when i called i asked if i was going to get a new tp2 or a refurb, and he said he didnt know that, it could be either one... i hope is a new one.
also i called this morning like at 9 00 am and still havent got a email confirmation.

It takes awhile. I got mine 7 hours after I called.

Just got my email too. They said it was NIB but could be a refurb. I am highly anticipating NIB because I don't think that many people took a TP2 back. Maybe that is why they offered the TP2 as a replacement so they could get in more TP1s. We just got lucky.

Everyone should have just reported lost/stolen that way they won't get any back to refurb. Then sell the bad esn on ebay.

i tried this with Verizon (Asurion) and they are sending me a TP not TP2, i guess they are only doing this with Sprint...
