I agree, and I think he replied to this well enough on his own, though still with an attitude
. I personally am always calm and relaxed when I deal with reps. I figure why get myself worked up? If I do get pissed then I have 2 problems, a broken phone and I am mad. Might as well just brush it off, then I have a broken phone but I'm not angry. I learned that from many years of breaking stuff on my Jeep
Though I do have to say that if I had been dealing with something like that for months and multiple attempts (and paying bills for nothing) I would start getting fed up and probably pretty pissed.
