The manufacturer warrenty is 1yr from the date you activated your phone.

Yeah I'm without a phone right now and missing a lot of important communications...
This is quite unfortunate. They haven't even gotten me a TP1 as a replacement.

OK so I spent my whole lunch hour (more like 2 hrs) between the corp store down the street from my house and customer service on the phone and I still have nothing. My corp store said the TP2 is still OOS and that they would get in "trouble" if they ordered my a TP2 NIP. They told me to call CS which I foolishly did however, I first called Tech support. TS was no help (big surprise there) and transferred me to CS who was supposed to help me get out of the phone. The CSR told me she could only get me a replacement TP. She then informed me that the Corp store I was just at had already ordered me a replacement TP even though I did not ask them to. The CSR was rude and not well informed and of no help whatsoever. So to recap I was told that Sprint is not sending out TP1 and was switching everyone with problems to other phones (they would not even send out a TP1), then they are sending out TP1 but refurbed (I have no faith in a refurbed phone if my NIP phone was already screwed from day one). I guess I will see what TP1 comes in. Don't get me wrong I still love the TP1 when it works and if I can get a new TP1 that works I'll be happy.

I am was wondering does anyone have a copy of this "printout" "screenshot?" I dont want to walk in there without proof, or ammo so to speak.

that dosent make sense tho...if there are multiple claims on the account shouldnt they be more inclined to swap the phone?
