Picked up my TP2 today to replace the TP...pretty much no questions asked. Wish it was the same for those who are having problems, phone is badass!

I wonder why so many different stories. This is something that Sprint even acknowledges and still their staff are making it difficult to follow their own rules. I had no issues switching mine (in store, on the phone was another story) and it was my first TP that was almost up on the one year warranty. Don't get it twisted I did have legit issues with mine and was looking to dump it anyway. I feel like i'm getting over somehow but all I did was follow Sprints policy....
