Might I request that people with success stories also post their location.... The more info the better, rather than just saying that you got one :laughing6:

that was my understanding this morning because i told the sprint rep that i might consider a hero in june when i was eligible for my next upgrade. i believe she told me the tp2 was a free upgrade which should give me a new contract. no problems as i was only 6 months on my new contract.

hey i went to the store waterford lakes today complained that my tp was locking up. chick at counter did not even look at my phone just offered the replacment was in and out in less then 5 minutes

does anyone know of a location close to Fort Lauderdale, FL that does this? I dont have a car right now cuz mines getting fixed and I doubt any of my friends will drive me around looking for a free phone :laughing6:

is everyone just going to repair centers to get their TP1's swapped out or can you go to a regular sprint store to make the swap?

I went to a repair center. My experience with every issue for the TP is that the regular stores will either try to send you to asurion or send you to the repair center unless you're within 30 days of buying the phone.

I would love if someone near the Northern VA area knew of a store that was TP2 friendly. I have had 2 problem TP1's in the last month and both times they offered everything short of a TP2 at the Reston, VA and Chantilly, VA stores.

Hey ya guys I just got my touch pro send to me from sprint as refrub apparantly to replace my diamond, had minor scratches...? back cover worn out a bit anyways it seems to be acting stupid already with random black spots on screen at times, looked at my nearest stores to me on sprint store location's and saw this on a store that i had never seen before.
