it's to bad the nearest sprint store is that far away and the tech told u the keyboards are crap.. i'm going to disagree with him. the keyboards they are putting on the reconditioned phones are the same ones they are sending out for the techs to fix, so whats the difference!?!? oh well... i honestly haven't had any problems with my keyboard after pinching the space bar trick. the keyboard i'm on i have had for about 8 months, which is alot longer than any other keyboard, and it went out on me, but i did the spacebar pinch and it has worked fine ever since

Im in the same boat, its my 3rd touch pro, they sent me a brand new one back in a days, and finally my keyb start going out on me, but Im afraid to bring it to the techs and then end up giving me a crappy one, my phone still look like new, its been cover with invisibleshield since day one and there not even a scratch in it, all I do is pinch the space bar pretty hard and reboot it, and it comes back to work again.
