Sold Touch Pro, what do I do to stock it up before sale?

Just got a Verizon Touch Pro 2, so I sold the Verizon Touch Pro 1 on eBay. I have a custom ROM on it, and I'd like to put the stock one back.

Can someone point me to the stock one? Also, after I put it on, do I relock it like it was before, or keep it unlocked? If yes, please point me to the proper unlocker.

As far as locking it, I would just go ahead and do it to be on the safe side. Or, if you really want to, you can ask the buyer if he has any want for it to be unlocked for flashing roms and radios.
