do it online or call and just say you want to do an esn swap.. the only thing is that you are not going to qualify for an upgrade rebate.. the 150 dollars .. because in order to qualify for that you plan has to be renewed for two years on a 34.99 or more plan... but if u just bought the phone at regular unactivated price then just do the esn swap. ur plan wont change.
