TP2 on SERO plan, how best to activate?
I'm expecting my new TP2 today. It's replacing a Mogul on my SERO 500 plan. I want to maintain my SERO plan and am looking for the best / safest / hassle free means of activating it.
I get a very week cell signal at my home and I think there's a means to activate it via the web. Should I do it via the website or drive to a location with a good signal and do it with the phone? If done through the website should I wait to power up the phone until it's been activate? TIA, F |

I would go to the store. That way if there is any problem with the phone, the store can fix it.

You can activate it online simply and easily if they won't cooperate. |

You might want to consider asking in the Touch Pro 2 forum...

No logical reason to go to store. You can easily do it online or over the phone. Less screw ups just doing it yourself online.

Re: TP2 on SERO plan, how best to activate?
While this is the wrong forum....in my post I attached a Sero (EPR) rebate form. On it (unless I am interpreting it wrong) it says something about a $75 instant saving for activating in-store. I could be wrong...but if i read this accurately it is a way that Sprint chose to "reward" it's customers on these plans.

While you're on the phone get yourself over to retentions and get them to send you a free Airave and free airave monthly service. Awesome little box!
