Re: SERO Questions
Since I have some experience in this.. I'll try to answer this for you.
Are people allowed to take over a SERO account? Yes. Would you lose the possibility of being able to port your number to a new one? Yes. When you do a transfer of liability, you basically give the other person the plan and the number that is associated with the line. I don't think there is no way around it though as for if you port a number out, this will automatically disconnect your line/plan.

Re: SERO Questions
Thanks for the quick response! Now when you do a TOL, does that cost anything? Or are you just selling the SERO plan for $80? Is it a big hassle to have it transferred over? Is it a phone call or a visit into a store?
I have a 1250 plan and am thinking about ditching Sprint... Killer deal on the plan, but I get no reception at my house and the touch pro is killen me deep inside. Figured trying to getting some money was better than nothing. Plus someone else can enjoy the savings. |

Re: SERO Questions
The entire transfer is free, but the $80 fee is just for the service and a deal on a deeply discounted and discontinued plan. Personally, I have done all mine over the phone and it is very easy when doing current customer to current customer. About reception, have you looked at the airave unit? It might be a perfect thing for you since you got bad reception while at home. Try retention as for they will most likely give you a free airave and waived monthly fee.

If you decide to get rid of the Sero plan, please PM me the monthly charge for the 1250 plan, as i would be interested in purchasing it from you.
