Stuck in Align screen Need Help!

I am stuck in the Align screen, and cannot get past it. I have had a bad screen for a while, so I am planning to take it to sprint to get it fixed on insurance anyway.

So I flashed back to the sprint rom but I still have an "Elite" symbol under Touch pro on the startup page. I need to get rid of that before I take it in. I also need to lock the phone, and switch back to the stock radio, but I am not sure how to do that with it stuck in the align screen page. HELP!
