Custom startup screen
Is there a way to change the startup screen? I would like to do it w/out having to replace files since my phone always seems to freeze up when I try to get into my files using Total Commander. Maybe there is a thread out there dedicated to startup screens? I searched but no luck...

welcomehead.192.png and startup480x40.gif those r trhe 2 startup screens... you will have to trabsfer file.... no wait, use advanced config and u can remap the location... sometime u still need TC or Resco though...

there are a few cabs in there to do it for you... back before i was doing em myself, i like the one called HTCshot i think it was... gives ya 2 Anti-iPhone/Apple bootscreens..

not neccesarily... Im kinda Anit-Corp is all... that was the Big draw to HTC yrs ago when i got into smartphones, they were still relatively unknown...

like i wont shop at Walmart, BestBuy, and Lots of big Corp retail chains... just dont like them peeing on the little guy ya know lol

id still ahve cloned phones if i coud get away with it... it got way harder after 98/99 though to pull it off and stay under the radr, if it werent for that, i wouldn t have a big Corp Cell provider either

When I get into the splash screen under advanced config, it only shows welcomhead.192.png for both startup screens ?
