welcomehead.192.png and startup480x40.gif those r trhe 2 startup screens... you will have to trabsfer file.... no wait, use advanced config and u can remap the location... sometime u still need TC or Resco though...

there are a few cabs in there to do it for you... back before i was doing em myself, i like the one called HTCshot i think it was... gives ya 2 Anti-iPhone/Apple bootscreens..
