PLEASE HELP! I am getting charged by Sprint! International Texts and Calls!

For my job I have to post my number online. I have received a lot of calls also from international numbers and text. I reply not knowing they are international. I get charged a lot because of this.

How do I stop international texts and calls? How do I KNOW it's from an international number? This is especially the problem with I think Canada as it looks no different than any other number.

Sprint is charging me an arm and a leg for this. I told them I can't tell they are international and they said they can't do anything about it. I told them to cancel all international and block them. They said no.
