Help : my TP suddenly can't create new email account

Guys, please help I'm new in here, but I've been traveling around google searching for the answer.
My touch pro suddenly cannot create new email account. When I press/clicked the create new email account, there's nothing happen..It just wont go to the new email account screen (same thing happen when i tried to edit the email setting)

I search the google and find the answer (it said that GARMIN XT cause the problem), but i'm too affraid to do that because it related to deleting some key in registry. "it said that i have to delete all the keys in "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Svc\SMS\"
When i checked that registry there's a lot key in that registry i think all of the keys in it are important.

Please....someone help me...one thing for sure, I dont want to do hard reset (i dont want to lose my current rom)
