Font CABs - Page 8

I am looking for a font that is bold and different, kinda like me. lol. I havent found the right font for me yet. If I got this right, then I need to do something with the weather as well? I thought I just needed to change the font and weather stays the same? Yikes, it looks like Malibu 88 today high and I am sorry to say that is correct (rarity). My other loc is Rancho mirage and it shows 102 high, that I think is low believe it or else!

That is toasty for Malibu. The only reason you would need to modify the weather manila, is if the font is too large to display the current temp properly. It is a common problem when using custom fonts. If the font you choose displays properly, then you don't need to modify the weather file. Also, if you use the calendar tab, sometimes the 24 won't display properly. Kinda random, but true nonetheless.

Bold and different?

I have a bunch of girly fonts I want to cab up, but I might have something you'll like. Kliptik said he didn't mind if I posted some in this thread. Check back later, or maybe tomorrow. I'm not at my laptop.

So I do have one question. I've read all the post. Forgive me in advance if it's been covered. Is there a way to get a font like Papyrus to be as all encompassing as the FontALLHandelGothDLt.cab that Mmaureenn posted is? I've posted two screen shots in case you're not sure what I mean. With respect to the calendar tab, Papyrus only changes the title of the TF3D tab and the month but not the numbers on the calendar. HandelGoth changes everything even the numbers.

Also, is there a way to fix the "Twenty numbers" in the HandelGothDLt font calendar screen shot? I'm assuming it's to do with spacing and such. I don't know much about any of that.

I'm still having issues with the weather tab and the current temp. font being so big that I only get the degree symbol. I'm using the FontALLHandelGothDLt cab that mMaureenn made which is supposed to include the weather fix. I have also tried the weather fix in the first post. That just royally messes with my manila. I get blank tabs across the board somehow. I believe the fix was designed for 6.1. I'm running 6.5.1 build 23069. I'm assuming that's what's wrong. Is anyone able to make a fix that would work with 6.5?

Hi... I can fix that for you. Upload the ORIGINAL "72ac571f_manila" file from your current rom... It'll only take a second to fix.

PLEASE NOTE: I did not include the Weather Fix in my font cab. They are not always interchangeable. You can try the Weather Fix cab I've posted above and see if it works. Otherwise - please upload the above file for a fix. Label it with which rom and winmo version you are using and we can start a stockpile of weather fixes for individual roms.

Again... my fonts do not contain a weather fix file. Do not upload the manila file if you've got any weather fix/change installed. It must be the stock, correctly working file in order to mod it to work.

PS - If you want the calendar dates fixed, I can prolly do that too if you upload the calender manila mode9 file.
