Call forwarding

When I got my organization's account I did not think to ask if they had free call forwarding before signing the contract and when we were rolling out all the new phones one user asked how to do call forwarding and I turned around and asked one of the Sprint tech's and they said

"It's twenty cents a minute..."
"What? Are you joking?"
"No, that's standard across all carriers"
"Well I kinda wish I asked that BEFORE I got this account of about 200 lines!"

And to the user who said they were going on vacation and needed to forward their calls:

"just GIVE your phone to someone else while you're away"

I too would like free call forwarding!
