what is a "hard reset" the button on the bottom? also where is the best place to download the newest ssk rom from? im also gonna just reflash

ah you're running 6.1 now...right... ok so it should be in memory i think. or the key combo listed above although that's iffy on a lot of verizon phones. mine has never been able to do that one. i can do the other one though. down arrow on keyboard, volume down and reset.
