Sprite Backup, SPB Backup or Resco Backup are what you're looking for.

These programs will all restore a perfect setup in minutes.

but will they save the icons I have changed, the folders where my shortcuts are and everything? I loaded a ROM, then spent an hour or so changing little things. wil Sprite Backup save everything, registry and all?

i've been using sprite for years, but have had major problems with it recently, with 6.5. i've been using spb since and have had no problems.
