sprint touch pro insurance question - Page 2

I got my first TP back in November. I took it back to Sprint in May for chrome soft recall and because i did not have insurance, but the phone was still under warranty, I had no choice but to accept a refurb. The keyboard went dead the next day. I went back and they gave me another one. TP #3 last 1 month before the keyboard went out again. I am on #4 now for almost 2 month and everything works fine.

If I could have lived with the cracked chrome, I think i would have been one of those who never had a problem. As the TP model reaches its 1st anniversary, the chances of getting a refurb increases and you just have to get lucky. I am almost tempted to just sell this on craigslist and get the Pre.

I've had 7 brand new TP's since October, all have failed - even my current one. I've had a total of 3 repairs which didn't require a replacement, additionally. None of the failures have been my fault.

The success rate on brand new ones really isn't any better.

just kidding dude, they should let you into to the factory so u can do whatever you do to find out they are junk so they stop makin em.

Wow son, you need to chil, yol!!!! I have had 3 replacements in 1 week all because they were messed up, one way or another, and not by me..... sometimes you will get a new refurb and sometimes you get it in the rear and get a bad apple, it just depends on what you get
