Refurbished?

is there a way to find out if the phone you have is a refurbished one.

yes...dial ##778#, then choose view...if there is no refurbishment date than it is not, if there is then it is...you'll see

what does it mean when there is no reburb date but there is 18 life hours on it when you get it?

That's the warranty time that the device has left.

no i dont think so. i have my 3 month old phone and that finally reached 18 hours. and the phone is a little banged up anyways so it must be just a returned one. hopefully they just didnt like it and i got lucky

That's a good question Psycho, I would guess it is a Refurb if it had 18 hours of use. Maybe a 30 day return that was in perfect condition that didn't need refurb status? Just guessing, but I don't know.
